Jonathan co-founded Envelop and is the Chief Executive Officer. Jonathan also serves as a Board Director. Jonathan’s role is to ensure all areas of the business are aligned and empowered, and he has overall responsibility for the company’s direction and growth. He has an extensive background in analytics and capital management, and is passionate about innovation and the growth of insurance and risk management.

Graeme is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Envelop. He is also a Board Director. Graeme’s role is to oversee the various functions of the group to ensure they run smoothly as well as promoting growth through strategic partnerships, whilst always remaining compliant within the various jurisdictions and regulatory regimes in which it operates.

Dom is the Chief Executive Officer of Envelop Underwriting. He oversees the management and governance functions of Envelop’s underwriting activities and underwriters, with all underwriting, portfolio management and capital functions reporting to him. Dom is also responsible for developing Envelop’s growth strategy and assists with underwriting product development.

John is the Chief Technology Officer at Envelop. John leads the team who are responsible for the ongoing management and development of Envelop’s proprietary risk estimation and capital management system, CyberTooth. John works closely with business leads to ensure alignment between business needs and CyberTooth’s capabilities. He’s also actively engaged with R&D efforts, with a view to longer-term technological developments to support business growth.

Simon is Executive Vice President of Underwriting Performance and Strategic Partnerships. In this role, Simon makes certain that Envelop has the right tools to convert strategy into a plan for the business. He ensures that we can adequately monitor performance against that plan and be ready to steer the business to avoid unforeseen challenges. Simon plays a pivotal role in developing and managing our relationships with key partners, ensuring they remain resilient through underwriting cycles.

David is Executive Vice President of ILS & Capital. In his role, David develops efficient sources of risk capital to back Envelop’s underwriting. He works with reinsurance companies looking to enter cyber reinsurance for the first time or expand their existing offering. He also leads Envelop Capital Markets to structure Insurance Linked Securities (ILS) as investment products for fund managers and other institutional investors. David works closely with other business leads on R&D efforts, developing cyber (re)insurance products to attract new forms of risk capital.

Becky is the Executive Vice President of HR at Envelop, focusing on building a people function that directly aligns to Envelop’s strategy. Becky is committed in her role to ensure that Envelop has a market leading employee value proposition, leading on HR strategy, operations and employee lifecycle initiatives.

Jon is the Executive Vice President of Finance at Envelop, where he drives financial strategy, planning and analysis and oversees group financial reporting, working closely with other business leaders. He manages overall financial operations, reviews and presents group performance, liaises with internal and external stakeholders and provides guidance to support continued growth.

John is Executive Vice President of Technology at Envelop. John designed and created the original version of Envelop’s proprietary risk estimation and capital management system, CyberTooth. While John still collaborates and works closely with the technology team as they continue to improve and expand CyberTooth, John’s focus is on R&D efforts with a view to building technical capabilities to support new commercial offerings and company growth.

Chris is Senior Vice President, Head of Cyber (London), and Active Underwriter of Envelop SPA 1925. In this role, Chris is primarily responsible for the treaty reinsurance underwriting within Envelop’s London platform; and also, for the oversight and management of Envelop’s Partnership solutions. Through this Chris develops the relevant reinsurance programmes for a wide range of cedents around the globe. In addition, Chris oversees the operation of Envelop SPA 1925 within Lloyd’s; working with our managing agent, various external stakeholders and capital providers.

Rob is the Chief Information and Security Officer at Envelop, running our Information Security Management System (ISMS). Rob is responsible for building a robust security organisation, giving clients and regulators confidence that their data is well protected.
